Committe 2 is responsible for all projects with production costs below 800.000 Euro and has six members:

Three industry people, one editor from the associated broadcasters, the manager of the Filmwerkstatt Kiel and the executive manager of the Filmförderung Hamburg Schleswig-Holstein. The members get appointed for three years by the supervisory board.
